WHAT IS LUUM?
LUUM is premium mushroom chocolate crafted around a proprietary blend of active mushroom alkaloids and ten dessert-inspired flavors. Every bar combines the same core formulation with a different chocolate and flavor experience.
WHAT DOES 8G MEAN?
8G is LUUM’s potency designation for the proprietary formulation used throughout the chocolate collection. The same 8G formulation is used across all ten flavors.
WHAT DOES "ULTRADOSE" MEAN?
Ultradose is LUUM’s way of describing an extra-strength experience. It reflects the potency of the formulation, not a separate flavor or product type.
IS THE FORMULATION DIFFERENT BETWEEN FLAVORS?
No. The core LUUM formulation remains consistent across all ten flavors. What changes is the chocolate, flavor profile, and supporting ingredients.
HOW MANY PIECES ARE IN EACH BAR?
Every LUUM bar is divided into 12 individual tiles, making it easier to portion the chocolate and follow the suggested serving guidance.
WHICH LUUM FLAVOR SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Start with the chocolate, not the potency. Because the core formulation is consistent across the lineup, choosing a LUUM flavor comes down to what sounds good to you.
For something bright and playful, explore the fruit-forward flavors. Prefer smooth, nostalgic dessert flavors? Try one of the creamy classics. If rich chocolate is your thing, head straight for the deep & decadent side of the lineup.

WHAT IS ONE SERVING?
One piece equals one serving.
If you’re new to LUUM, begin with half of one piece to better understand your individual response.
HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT BEFORE CONSIDERING ANOTHER SERVING?
Allow at least 60 minutes after consumption before considering an additional serving. Effects may take time to become noticeable, and individual response can vary.
HOW MUCH LUUM CAN I TAKE IN ONE DAY?
Do not consume more than two servings within a 24-hour period.
CAN I SPLIT A PIECE IN HALF?
Yes. In fact, new users are advised to begin with half of one piece before deciding whether a full serving is appropriate for them.

WHAT IF I DON’T NOTICE ANYTHING RIGHT AWAY?
Give it time.
LUUM may produce delayed effects, which is why we recommend waiting at least 60 minutes before considering another serving. Avoid taking additional servings simply because the experience has not become noticeable yet.

DO ALL LUUM FLAVORS HAVE THE SAME INGREDIENTS?
No. While the proprietary LUUM formulation remains consistent throughout the collection, the chocolate base, flavor ingredients, and inclusions vary by flavor.
Check the individual product page for the complete ingredient and allergen information for the flavor you’re considering.
DO LUUM PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALLERGENS?
Yes. Allergens vary by flavor.
Most current LUUM formulations contain milk and soy. Cookies & Cream also contains wheat, while Peanut Butter Crunch contains peanuts.
ARE LUUM BARS MADE ON SHARED EQUIPMENT?
Yes. Current ingredient documentation states that LUUM bars are made on shared equipment that also processes products containing peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, sesame, egg, and wheat.
ARE LUUM BARS VEGAN OR GLUTEN-FREE?
LUUM should not be assumed to be vegan or gluten-free across the entire collection.
Many flavors contain milk, and Cookies & Cream contains wheat. Always review the individual flavor’s ingredients and allergen information before consuming.

LUUM IS A THIRD-PARTY TESTED BY AN INDEPENDENT
LABORATORY. HERE'S WHAT MATTERS.
IS LUUM THIRD-PARTY TESTED?
Yes. LUUM has flavor-specific Certificates of Analysis issued by PharmLabs, an independent laboratory.
Each report corresponds to the specific LUUM flavor submitted for testing.
WHAT DO THE CURRENT LAB REPORTS TEST FOR?
The current LUUM Certificates of Analysis include testing for a panel of 4AD tryptamines, along with psilocybin and psilocin.
DOES LUUM CONTAIN PSILOCYBIN?
The current PharmLabs reports for the tested LUUM samples list psilocybin and psilocin as ND, or Not Detected.
WHAT DOES “ND” MEAN ON A LAB REPORT?
ND means Not Detected.
It indicates that the analyte was not detected at or above the laboratory’s stated detection threshold in the sample tested.
WHY DOES EVERY FLAVOR HAVE ITS OWN LAB REPORT?
Each flavor is submitted as its own laboratory sample. Providing individual reports allows you to view the results associated with the specific LUUM flavor that was tested.

DO I NEED TO BE 21 TO PURCHASE OR USE LUUM?
LUUM is intended for adults 21 years of age or older only.
CAN LUUM CAUSE IMPAIRMENT?
Yes. LUUM may produce delayed intoxicating effects and can cause drowsiness or impairment.
Do not drive, operate machinery, or participate in activities requiring alertness after consumption.
CAN I USE LUUM WHILE PREGNANT OR NURSING?
No. LUUM should not be used while pregnant or nursing.
WHAT IF I TAKE PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS?
Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before using LUUM if you take prescription medications, supplements, or have an existing medical condition.
Medications that affect serotonin, including certain SSRIs, may alter an individual’s response.
CAN I COMBINE LUUM WITH ALCOHOL?
LUUM should not be combined with alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
HOW SHOULD I STORE LUUM CHOCOLATE?
Store LUUM in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
Because it is chocolate, excessive heat can soften or melt the bar. Refrigeration may be useful in warmer environments to help preserve its texture.
HOW SHOULD I KEEP LUUM AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND PETS?
Keep LUUM securely stored and out of reach of children and pets at all times. Its appearance and flavor may resemble conventional chocolate, so responsible storage is especially important.
